Admissions Policy
The Ronald McDonald House of Portland has 21 guest rooms available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To be admitted into the Ronald McDonald House, families are asked to contact their child's hospital social worker, who will help them complete the necessary paperwork.

If a room is available, families are asked to check in between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Once check-in is complete, families are given keys that permit them to come and go as necessary. If rooms are not available, families can be put on a waiting list for the following day.
